Daniel 5:21

SV	En hij werd van de kinderen der mensen verstoten, en zijn hart werd den beesten gelijk gemaakt, en zijn woning was bij de woudezelen; men gaf hem gras te smaken gelijk den ossen; en zijn lichaam werd van den dauw des hemels nat gemaakt, totdat hij bekende, dat God, de Allerhoogste, Heerser is over de koninkrijken der mensen, en over dezelve stelt, wien Hij wil.
WLC	וּמִן־בְּנֵי֩ אֲנָשָׁ֨א טְרִ֜יד וְלִבְבֵ֣הּ ׀ עִם־חֵיוְתָ֣א [שְׁוִי כ] (שַׁוִּ֗יְו ק) וְעִם־עֲרָֽדַיָּא֙ מְדֹורֵ֔הּ עִשְׂבָּ֤א כְתֹורִין֙ יְטַ֣עֲמוּנֵּ֔הּ וּמִטַּ֥ל שְׁמַיָּ֖א גִּשְׁמֵ֣הּ יִצְטַבַּ֑ע עַ֣ד דִּֽי־יְדַ֗ע דִּֽי־שַׁלִּ֞יט אֱלָהָ֤א [עִלָּיָא כ] (עִלָּאָה֙ ק) בְּמַלְכ֣וּת אֲנָשָׁ֔א וּלְמַן־דִּ֥י יִצְבֵּ֖ה יְהָקֵ֥ים [עֲלַיֵהּ כ] (עֲלַֽהּ׃ ק)
Trans.	ûmin-bənê ’ănāšā’ ṭərîḏ wəliḇəḇēhh\| ‘im-ḥêwəṯā’ šəwî šaûîəw wə‘im-‘ărāḏayyā’ məḏwōrēhh ‘iśəbā’ ḵəṯwōrîn yəṭ^a‘ămûnnēhh ûmiṭṭal šəmayyā’ gišəmēhh yiṣəṭab^a‘ ‘aḏ dî-yəḏ^a‘ dî-šallîṭ ’ĕlâā’ ‘illāyā’ ‘illā’â bəmaləḵûṯ ’ănāšā’ ûləman-dî yiṣəbēh yəhāqêm ‘ălayēhh ‘ăl^ah:

AC	כא ומן בני אנשא טריד ולבבה עם חיותא שוי (שויו) ועם ערדיא מדרה עשבא כתורין יטעמונה ומטל שמיא גשמה יצטבע עד די ידע די שליט אלהא עליא (עלאה) במלכות אנשא ולמן די יצבא יהקים עליה (עלה)
ASV	and he was driven from the sons of men, and his heart was made like the beasts', and his dwelling was with the wild asses; he was fed with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; until he knew that the Most High God ruleth in the kingdom of men, and that he setteth up over it whomsoever he will.
BE	And he was sent out from among the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts', and he was living with the asses of the fields; he had grass for his food like the oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till he was certain that the Most High is ruler in the kingdom of men, and gives power over it to anyone at his pleasure.
Darby	and he was driven from the sons of men, and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses; they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was bathed with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the Most High God ruleth over the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.
ELB05	Und er wurde von den Menschenkindern ausgestoßen, und sein Herz wurde dem der Tiere gleich, und seine Wohnung war bei den Wildeseln; man gab ihm Kraut zu essen wie den Rindern, und sein Leib wurde vom Tau des Himmels benetzt bis er erkannte, daß der höchste Gott über das Königtum der Menschen herrscht, und darüber bestellt, wen er will.
LSG	il fut chassé du milieu des enfants des hommes, son coeur devint semblable à celui des bêtes, et sa demeure fut avec les ânes sauvages; on lui donna comme aux boeufs de l'herbe à manger, et son corps fut trempé de la rosée du ciel, jusqu'à ce qu'il reconnût que le Dieu suprême domine sur le règne des hommes et qu'il le donne à qui il lui plaît.
Sch	man verstieß ihn von den Menschenkindern, und sein Herz ward den Tieren gleich; er wohnte bei den Wildeseln, und man fütterte ihn mit Gras wie einen Ochsen, und sein Leib ward vom Tau des Himmels benetzt, bis er erkannte, daß Gott, der Allerhöchste, über das Königtum der Menschen regiert und den darüber bestellt, der ihm gefällt.
